A spin-off of The Originals, the supernatural series Legacies premiered in 2018 and features characters from its predecessor and The Vampire Diaries.
Legacies follows Hope Mikaelson, the daughter of Klaus Mikaelson and Hayley Marshall, who attends the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted and is descended from a powerful line of vampires and witches. The school is a safe space for other supernatural beings, where they can learn to control their abilities.
