A lady using the Twitter handle @kirahdollz and identified as Lola has started an engaging conversation on how men start conversations in relationships.

In a post on Wednesday, January 13, the lady called out men and said that they love asking their girlfriends questions like, "have you eaten?"

The question is said to be common and boring and in some cases, leads to awkward silence between couples.

Since Lola's post was published, it has attracted thousands of responses from many, especially those who find the question bland.

Men had so much to say concerning this particular question with the majority disagreeing with Lola on the gender that's fond of asking that question:

@yung_cpa disagreed and said:

"Actually that's the average Nigerian girl's line if she actually cares about you... I can't remember asking any girl if they have eaten but I remember them asking me."

@I_am_Abdelsamad believed girls get that question because they are not creative:

"Conversations are meant to flow naturally but no, since you girls won't be creative with conversations, you leave guys asking random default questions... Nigerian girls and their boring chats."
